Our vacuum-equipped sanding system captures about 99% of dust at the source. Edge work still creates a small amount of fine dust, but cleanup is dramatically lower than with older sanding methods, and many homeowners stay in the house during water-based projects.
Most refinishing projects take 3-5 days, depending on the area, repairs, stain, and finish coats. Drying, light foot traffic, furniture placement, and full cure are different milestones. We provide care instructions for the finish used and the conditions in your home.
Refinishing pricing is specific to each project and depends on floor condition, repairs, stain and finish choices, and the area involved. Send your city or ZIP code, approximate square footage, and photos by text or email so we can review the scope before scheduling a visit. We provide a written scope and price before work begins.
